RIT's Center for Quality and Applied Statistics
Rochester Institute of Technology’s Center for Quality and Applied Statistics (CQAS)* provides customized Lean Six Sigma training programs including management overview/project strategy and deployment training, Yellow Belt, Green Belt training, Kaizen event training, Black Belt training and Design for Six Sigma. CQAS is a leader in Lean Six Sigma training having worked with over 250 organizations and trained thousands of individuals in manufacturing, service, healthcare, and education sectors.
COAS has in-depth experience in deploying Lean Six Sigma, statistical analysis and quality systems practices within regulated industries. Specifically, we have assisted clients to deploy these practices in medical device manufacturing and product development, pharmaceutical manufacturing, healthcare delivery and food processing/manufacturing operations. Our programs have helped our clients to successfully optimize processes while meeting regulatory requirements.
