WE WERE PUTTING 8.5 X 11 PIECES OF PAPER WITH VARIOUS PRINTED OUT CUSTOMER JOBS UP ON OUR DRY ERASE BOARD WITH MAGNETS. A LOT OF THE INFORMATION ON THE PAPERS WAS JUST "WHITE NOISE" THAT WE DIDN'T NEED FOR SCHEDULING THE JOBS. IT WAS ALSO HARD TO QUICKLY READ AND SEE WHAT YOU SHOULD BE WORKING ON NEXT. IT WAS HARD TO UPDATE THE BOARD WHEN WE GOT NEW ORDERS IN. WE BOUGHT THESE MAG INDEX CARDS AND WROTE ON THEM JUST THE INFORMATION THAT WE NEED FOR SCHEDULING. WE CAN EASILY SEE AND UPDATE WHAT JOBS OUR DUE AND WHAT IS NEXT. THE SPACE NEEDED FOR SCHEDULING HAS BEEN CUT IN HALF. THIS REALLY CLEANED UP THE PROCESS. WE WILL BUY MORE WHEN WE NEED THEM. THANKS, TRENT
